The fulfilment of customer requirements is the focal point of our thinking and activities. One of the essential pillars for realising this business objective is our company’s management system. Already in the early 1990s, it was certified by DQS GmbH in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN 15593. Since that time, the management system has continuously been developed further by our employees and supplemented by the requirements of GMP, HACCP, and BRC-IoP. The requirements arising from occupational safety and health protection as well as environmental and energy aspects have been implemented firmly. We consider permanent process optimisation, the personal responsibility of all employees along the value generation chain, as well as the further development of the continuous improvement process – among other things supported by a risk management – a task of the whole Serong team. All interested parties, among which the customer always comes first, confirm to us that we have realised these processes very effectively at the company and that the essential objective is being met: proving customer satisfaction each and every day.
